WELCOME TO 3719 NAVIGATION BLVD:
a vibrant and transformative space where creativity, connection, and exploration thrive.

Host your next event at 3719 Navigation Blvd.
Designed by Hill Swift Architects, this former meatpacking plant has become a 9,000-square-foot space for gathering, creativity, and meaningful work.
Inside, you'll find flexible rooms for classes, workshops, and conversations that matter. The studio and conference room are built for connection. The front porch and lobby are welcoming places to linger. The nave offers excellent acoustics, a strong sound system, and enough room for a full house.
This space is perfectly situated to hold art shows, fashion events, live music, neighborhood meetings, film screenings, and pop-up markets. At 3719 Navigation Blvd., we aim to be a beacon of community, inviting artists, scholars, and community coalitions to gather, dream, and be inspired.
We’re here for the kind of events that build something good in our city. If that’s the work you’re doing, we’d be glad to host you.
